Rounded Rectangle: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

 

 

 

1)         I understand that Globe Telecom Pte. Ltd  (GT) reserves the right to approve or reject my application for a GT Account and to change

the calling rates without prior notice, and to terminate the services anytime without any reason.

2)         I understand that I have 5 working days from the date of my GTí» bill to dispute any charges and that all such disputes must be submitted

in writing, via Fax to 5649037 or Mail to Globe Telecom Pte Ltd. at No. 1 Science  Center Road #05-01A  The Enterprise

Singapore 609077,  failing which I accept the amount in the bill in respect of GT services as true and correct and I am bound to

make payment. In the event that Globe Telecom Pte. Ltd   does not receive payments after due date for whatever reason, Globe Telecom Pte. Ltd is entitled to cease extending GTsí» services to me forthwith at its absolute discretion. I agree to settle the bill in full while any dispute is being investigated by Globe Telecom Pte. Ltd.

3)         I will notify Globe Telecom Pte. Ltd whenever I change my billing address.

4)         I shall solely be responsible and liable and shall indemnify and keep indemnified Globe Telecom Pte. Ltd  and/or its agents against

all losses and liabilities when using Globe Telecomsí» services.

5)      This authorization is to remain in effect until Globe Telecom Pte. Ltd receives written notification from me to cancel this authority.

 

CREDIT CARD Payments

6)        I understand and agree that any charges made with Globe Telecomsí» services will be billed weekly/monthly to my credit card and be subject to the same terms and conditions governing my credit card account.

7)        I am personally responsible for all of my (our and/or the companyí»s) Globe Telecomsí» service charges, which are not covered by this authorization (e.g. credit card becomes invalid). If Globe Telecom Pte. Ltde is unable to settle my bill with my credit card for my personal and/or the company bill for any reason, I agree to settle the bill by myself via bank draft or cheque in Singapore dollar drawn on a bank in Singapore, or by other means and within the time frame as specified by Globe Telecom Pte. Ltd.

8)        I will notify Globe Telecom Pte. Ltd if my credit card is lost, stolen, expired or is terminated for any reason, or if I wish to terminate the authorization to bill my credit card.

9)        I understand that Globe Telecom Pte. Ltd will obtain approval of my Authorization from the relevant credit card company prior to any usage.

 

GIRO Payments

10)      I agree to pay Globe Telecom Pte. Ltd a deposit of S$100 per line for the purpose of opening a GT Account, which will be refunded upon termination and settling all the bill.

11)      I understand that I am required to complete a Direct Debit Authorization (DAA) form in application for usage of Inter-Bank GIRO, which is subject to the bankí»s approval.

12)      I shall ensure that sufficient funds are maintained in my bank account to allow for settlement of my Globe Telecom Pte. Ltd bills. If Globe Telecom Pte. Ltd is unable to effect a direct debit due to in adequate funds; I agree to pay a levy of S$15.00.  I am personally (our and/or the companyí»s) responsible for all of my (our and/or the companyí»s) Globe Telecom Pte. Ltdí» charges which are not covered by this authorization (e.g. insufficient funds in account). If Globe Telecom Pte. Ltd is unable to debit the amount of my bill for any reason, I agree to settle the bill via bank draft or cheque in Singapore dollars drawn on a bank in Singapore, or by other means and within the time frame as specified by Globe Telecom Pte. Ltd, failing which Globe Telecom Enterprise shall be entitled to charge interest at 3% or higher per month subject to a minimum fee of S$15.00.

13)      I will notify Globe Telecom Pte. Ltd in writing within 30 days if I wish to terminate GIRO/Authorization to debit my bank account, and I continue to be liable for any outstanding bills.

 

Cheque Payments and Cash Payment

14)      I agree to pay Globe Telecom Pte. Ltd a deposit of S$200 per line for the purpose of opening a GT Account, which will be refunded upon termination. The cheque is drawn on Singapore bank.

15)         I undertake to settle my bills promptly by the due date. And I shall ensure that sufficient funds are maintained in my bank account to allow for 

   settlement of my Globe Telecom Pte. Ltd bills. If Globe Telecom Pte. Ltd is unable to clear the cheque issued for settling the payment; I agree

   to  pay a levy of S$15. And I am personally (our and/or the companyí»s) responsible for all of my (our and/or the companyí»s) Globe Telecom Pte.

   Ltdí» charges which are not settled. If Globe Telecom Pte. Ltd is unable to debit the amount of the bill for any reason, I agree to settle the bill by

   myself(or/and my company) via bank draft or cheque in Singapore dollars drawn on a bank in Singapore, or by other means and within the time

   frame as specified by  Globe Telecom Pte. Ltd,   failing which interest of 3% per month will be levied, subject to a minimum fee of S$15.00.

      

        Prepayment for SmartPin Services

(15)    I understand that Globe Telecom Pte. Ltd (GT) reserves the right to debit my GIRO account or to ask for prepayment for the Smart-Pin Services without prior notice, if I choose the SmartPin Services. The debit amount is normally S$200 per line every time, or the amount agreed by my/our written notice through, via fax or mail. A I understand that Globe Telecom Enterprise (GT) reserves the right not to send me /us the bill if I can check the call detail through on-line Website checking.
